How is it some people are able to submit so many items seemingly at once? I thought you imposed a strict limit? And wouldn't flooding the submission inbox with items constitute spam?

_{I'm trying to figure this out too, it has become insane. Not only that, we have some members here just accepting each one as if its one of their second or third accounts, not encouraging. In my opinion, there should be no more than 3 to 5 submissions per user in a 72 hour period or something. 90% of the stuff submitted is sub-par at most. This last guy submitted like 40 items to featured, WTF???}
